WHAT I USED:
– GRAPESEED OIL (to prepare with).
– MINCED GARLIC.
– ORGANIC GROUND TURKEY.
– ORGANIC GREENS: Baby Kale, Baby Spinach, Asian Greens.
– ORGANIC BROCCOLI.
– TERIYAKI SAUCE (do not utilize too much, simply enough for a base).
– LIQUID AMINOS.
– WHITE CHIA SEED.
– SPICES (Garlic Black Pepper, Steakhouse Blend, Mrs. Dash Original).

* POINTER- Dilute your Chia Seed Teriyaki Sauce with a cup of WATER to get more sauce and eliminate a few of the saltiness! Likewise, include any meat of your option instead of ground turkey, or right in with it! I chose breast meat chicken!
